First Capacity Management Solution in Africa

SUPERSPAR Rosmead becomes the first supermarket in Africa to install an Automated Capacity Management solution from Delve Systems.

Designed to help keep track of the total number visitors in the store at any given time, the system counts every shopper entering and exiting, and calculates the duration of store visit and total occupancy.

With the stores legal capacity programmed into the system, shoppers are instructed to enter or to wait based on how full a store is.

A large screen at the entrance is used to provide this information before shoppers enter and for staff to respond.
